Section 848 IAC 1-2-8 - Change of ownership

Sec. 8.

(a) The board shall be notified in writing of any changes in ownership of a program.

(b) Information shall include the following:

(1) The official name of the program.

(2) The organizational chart of the contracting agency.

(3) The names of administrative officials.

(c) The new controlling organization shall submit any change in curriculum to the board for approval prior to implementation.
