Sec. 10.
Practitioner Internet sites may provide links to general health information sites to enhance patient education; however, the physician shall not receive direct remuneration, benefits, or incentives from providing such links or from the services or products marketed by such links unless the physician discloses that the physician receives direct remuneration, benefits, or incentives from providing such links or from the services or products marketed by such links.
