Sec. 2.1.
(a) On or before sixty (60) days prior to June 30 of odd-numbered years, the board, or its duly authorized agent, shall issue a notice of expiration to each holder of a license that the holder is required to renew the holder's license.(b) This notice will be sent to the address of record.
