Sec. 5.
(a) When engaged in the physician assistant's professional activities, a physician assistant shall:(1) wear a name tag identifying the individual as a physician assistant; and(2) inform patients that he or she is a physician assistant. A physician assistant shall not portray himself or herself as a licensed physician.
