Sec. 3.
(a) The board shall determine whether an applicant has complied with the minimum requirements that the person has received a baccalaureate or postbaccalaureate degree granted by a U. S. regionally accredited college or university.(b) Applicants who have obtained their education outside of the United States and its territories must have their academic degree(s) validated as equivalent to the baccalaureate or master's degree conferred by a regionally accredited college or university in the United States by the CDR.(c) The applicant shall provide a certified copy of their transcript from the college or university where they received their degree.(d) An applicant shall have completed nine hundred (900) clock hours of dietetic experience as outlined in IC 25-14.5-3-3 to be eligible for certification.
