Section 844 IAC 12-4-1 - Mandatory registration; renewal

Sec. 1.

Every hypnotist or hypnotherapist holding a certificate issued by the committee shall renew their certificate biennially of each even-numbered year. If an individual fails to pay a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of a certificate, the certificate becomes invalid.
