Sec. 3.
(a) The board shall maintain a list of physical therapy and physical therapist assistant educational programs that meet the requirements of subsection (b). This list shall be available in written form from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.(b) An approved program for physical therapists is a professional physical therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or its successor.
