Section 832 IAC 2-2-1 - Confidential information

Sec. 1.

A licensee shall neither discuss the confidential and private matters or secrets of the domestic life of any family he or she may be called upon to serve, nor cause the dissemination of the same in such a way as to violate the privacy of the family served.
