Section 820 IAC 3-1-4 - Work stations; covered waste receptacle

Sec. 4.

(a) Cosmetology salons and self-contained mobile salons shall be supplied with at least one (1) covered waste receptacle for every four (4) workstations.
(b) As used in subsection (a), workstations refers to booths and chairs, other than waiting room chairs.
