Section 812 IAC 2-5-1 - Advertising

Sec. 1.

No course provider conducting a course of study shall advertise or make any reference in its advertising, promotional material, brochures, and/or registration forms that it is endorsed, recommended, or accredited by, or affiliated with the commission.
