Section 812 IAC 2-2-4 - Renewal of course provider approval

Sec. 4.

The approval of course providers expires on February 28 of each even-numbered year. To obtain renewal of course provider approval, the school must submit a letter requesting such renewal to the commission by January 1 of each even-numbered year.
