Section 812 IAC 2-1-4 - Revocation, suspension, or denial of renewal of course provider approval; completion of courses

Sec. 4.

In the event it suspends, revokes, or denies renewal of course provider approval, the commission may, at its discretion, allow any course already in progress to be completed.
