Section 812 IAC 2-1-1 - Scope

Sec. 1.

(a) This article establishes requirements for the education of applicants for auctioneer licensure and establishes requirements for auction instruction pursuant to IC 25-6.1-3-2.

(b) The definitions in this rule apply throughout this article.
