Section 80 IAC 8-4-1 - Determination of nonresponsibility

Sec. 1.

(a) If a bidder or offeror fails to provide information required by the solicitation or the commission concerning a determination of whether that bidder or offeror is a responsible bidder or offeror, that bidder or offeror may not be considered a responsible bidder or offeror for the purposes of this rule.
(b) If a bidder or offeror is not a responsible bidder or offeror, that determination shall be made in writing by the procurement officer.
