Section 80 IAC 8-3-12 - Identification of each beneficiary and empowered settlor

Sec. 12.

(a) This section applies whenever a contract is awarded by sealed bidding or acceptance of proposals.
(b) A bid or proposal submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1(a)) must identify each of the following:
(1) Beneficiary of the trust.
(2) Settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
