Section 80 IAC 8-1-4 - Grants, gifts, bequests, and other cooperative agreements; conflicting provisions

Sec. 4.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, the commission shall comply with the terms and conditions of any grant, gift, bequest, or other cooperative agreement if noncompliance with those terms and conditions would invalidate the grant, gift, bequest, or other cooperative agreement.
