Section 760 IAC 5-1-9 - "Independent auditor" defined

Sec. 9.

"Independent auditor" means a person other than a:

(1) covered individual;

(2) health plan;

(3) pharmacist;

(4) pharmacy;

(5) pharmacy benefit manager; or

(6) pharmacy services administrative organization; that conducts an audit on behalf of a pharmacy benefit manager.
