Section 760 IAC 5-1-2 - "Audit" defined

Sec. 2.

"Audit" means an audit of a pharmacy:

(1) by or on behalf of a pharmacy benefit manager; and

(2) related to submitted claims by a contracted pharmacy to the pharmacy benefit manager.
