Sec. 6.
The department may enter into reciprocal agreements with other states for the approval or disapproval of navigator continuing education courses of study. When considering an application for continuing education course of study approval, the department shall approve a continuing education course of study approved by a state that has entered into a reciprocal agreement with the department for the same number of credit hours it was approved for in the other state.
