Section 760 IAC 3-2-4.7 - "Employee welfare benefit plan" defined

Sec. 4.7.

As used in this rule, "employee welfare benefit plan" means a plan, fund, or program of employee benefits as defined in 29 U.S.C. 1002 (Employee Retirement Income Security Act).
