Section 760 IAC 2-20-15 - "Complex, unstable medical condition" defined

Sec. 15.

As used in this rule, "complex, unstable medical condition" means that the individual requires twenty-four (24) hour a day professional nursing observation or professional nursing intervention more than once a day in a setting other than an acute care wing of a hospital.
