Section 760 IAC 1-6.2-6 - Manner of conducting business; capacity in which bail agent acts

Sec. 6.

Every bail agent and recovery agent shall conduct the agent's business in such a manner that the public and those dealing with the agent shall be aware of the capacity in which the agent is acting. No bail agent or recovery agent shall misrepresent his or her authority.
