Sec. 13.
(a) A prelicensing or continuing education hour is based on a one (1) hour block of time. Fifty (50) minutes of instruction in a sixty (60) minute period of time will constitute one (1) credit hour.(b) Education credit hours will be approved in not less than one-half (1/2) hour increments.(c) One (1) education credit hour is the minimum number of hours that will be approved for any prelicensing program or continuing education class.
