Sec. 8.
If it is claimed that a person has engaged in conduct subject to an order by:
(1) the department under section 7(a) of this rule; or(2) a court under sections 9 through 11 of this rule; the department may accept an assurance in writing that the person will not engage in the conduct in the future.
