Section 750 IAC 9-4-4 - Right of rescission

Sec. 4.

A violation by a mortgage loan originator in a mortgage transaction of Section 125 of the Federal Consumer Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 1635) , which is incorporated by reference, concerning a debtor's right to rescind a transaction constitutes a violation of this article.
