Section 75 IAC 6-3-1 - Classification of dealer plates

Sec. 1.

(a) In addition to the license plates authorized by IC 9-32, the secretary of state authorizes the following classifications of dealer license plates:

(1) Transfer dealer.

(2) Dealer promotional.

(b) The following dealers properly licensed under IC 9-32 are eligible to apply for dealer-new or dealer-used plates:

(1) Mobile home or manufactured home dealers.

(2) Recreational vehicle dealers.

(3) Trailer dealers.

(c) Automobile auctions are eligible for dealer-used plates.
