Sec. 4.
(a) All agent registrations expire January 1 of each year.(b) Renewal applications shall be accepted after November 1 and prior to January 1 of the following year. No renewal applications will be accepted after January 1. Renewal applications become effective by operation of law thirty (30) days after filing unless sooner approved by the commissioner. During that period after the agent registration has expired (January 1) and before the effectiveness of the renewal application, the agent shall have no authority to transact securities business.(c) Termination or suspension of a broker-dealer or issuer registration for any reason shall automatically terminate or suspend the agent registration.
