Section 710 IAC 4-5-1 - Annual report

Sec. 1.

Within ninety (90) days after the close of its fiscal year, each issuer with an effective registration shall file an annual report with the commissioner. The annual report shall be accompanied by the issuer's audited financial statement for the preceding fiscal year.
