Section 710 IAC 4-14-6 - Access to documentary evidence

Sec. 6.

(a) A person complying with any:

(1) request;

(2) order; or

(3) subpoena;

issued by the division for the production of documentary evidence shall retain the originals.

(b) That person shall provide the division with:

(1) clearly legible;

(2) true; and

(3) complete;

copies of the documents requested, along with a signed cover letter, that shall identify those documents with a reasonable degree of specificity.
