Section 71 IAC 8-5-1 - Eligibility

Sec. 1.

Every veterinarian practicing on association premises must be:

(1) licensed by the state veterinarian regulatory authority;

(2) recommended for licensure by the official veterinarian or his/her designee; and

(3) licensed by the commission.
