Sec. 4.1.
(a) The use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is governed by the following conditions: (1) NSAIDs included in the ARCI Uniform Classification Guidelines for Foreign Substances and Recommended Penalties Model Rule Version 18.0 are not to be used in away inconsistent with the restrictions contained in those guidelines. NSAIDs not included on the ARCI Controlled Therapeutic Medication Schedule for Horses are not permitted to be present in a biological sample at a concentration that equals or exceeds the commission's official laboratory's limit of detection.(2) Biological samples may contain one (1) of the NSAIDs identified in the ARCI Controlled Therapeutic Medication Schedule for Horses at a concentration up to the primary threshold indicated in the schedule.
