Section 71 IAC 7-5-1 - Disorderly conduct; all licensees

Sec. 1.

The following shall constitute disorderly conduct and be reason for any penalty of any licensee as provided by these rules:

(1) Failure to obey the judges' orders.

(2) Fighting.

(3) Assaults.

(4) Offensive and profane language.

(5) Disturbing the peace.

(6) Carries or exhibits a deadly weapon.
