Section 71 IAC 7-3-8 - Foul driving; disqualification

Sec. 8.

The judges shall take cognizance of foul driving, whether objection to foul driving is made or not. The judges shall determine the extent of disqualification in case of fouls occurring during the running of the race and may place an offending horse:

(1) just behind the horses, in their judgment, it interfered with; or
(2) last.
