Sec. 27.
The judges may write suspensions in the following main categories:
(1) Limited suspensions shall be used to suspend drivers for minor driving or other violations under which they may not drive during the term of the suspension but may continue to train and enter horses trained by the drivers. This suspension shall be written to include the words "from driving only".(2) Full suspension shall be used when the judges, in their determination, feel the violation so warrants. The driver or trainer under full suspension shall not be allowed to enter or start any horses trained by the person affected.
