Section 71 IAC 7-3-18 - Time for lapped on breaks

Sec. 18.

The leading horse shall be timed, and its time only shall be posted. No horse shall obtain a win race record by reason of the disqualification of another horse unless it complies with 71 IAC 3-9-5.
