Section 71 IAC 7-3-1 - Physical examination

Sec. 1.

(a) Drivers, when required by the judges, must provide a medical affidavit certifying that they:

(1) are physically and mentally capable of performing the activities and duties of a licensed driver;

(2) are free of any disabling defects or contagious disease; and

(3) are not a user of any illicit or prohibited drugs or narcotics.

(b) The judges may refuse to allow any driver to drive at a meeting until the required medical affidavit is presented to the judges.
