Section 71 IAC 7-2-2 - In hands of starter

Sec. 2.

(a) Horses shall be in the hands of the starter from the time they arrive on the track until the start is effected.
(b) After entering the track, not more than twelve (12) minutes shall be consumed in the parade of the horses to the post except in cases of unavoidable delay.
