Section 71 IAC 5.5-5-5 - Agent withdrawal

Sec. 5.

(a) When a jockey agent withdraws from representation of a jockey, the jockey agent shall immediately notify the stewards and shall submit to the stewards a list of any unfulfilled engagements for the jockey.

(b) A jockey agent shall not be permitted to withdraw from the representation of any jockey unless written notice to the stewards has been provided.
