Sec. 6.
(a) The owner or owners of horses testing positive more than one (1) time during the preceding five (5) years for a prohibited substance other than phenylbutazone, flunixin, or ketoprofen, may, at the discretion of the executive director or the stewards, be required to stable all horses participating in a race meet on the grounds of the association or place all horses in the detention barn, or both, on the day before or the day of the scheduled race, or both. A positive test under this section includes violations in Indiana and other jurisdictions.(b) Special consideration shall be given to positive tests for Class 1, 2, or 3 drugs as listed in the ARCI Uniform Classification Guidelines for Foreign Substances and Recommended Penalties Model Rule Version 18.0.
