Sec. 1.
(a) An applicant for a license as horseshoer shall: (1) be at least eighteen (18) years of age;(2) be qualified, as determined by the judges, by reason of experience, background, and knowledge of horseshoeing. A horseshoer's license from another jurisdiction, having been issued within a prior period as determined by the commission, may be accepted as evidence of experience and qualifications.
