Sec. 6.
(a) The owner or owners of horses testing positive more than one (1) time during the preceding five (5) years for a prohibited substance other than phenylbutazone, flunixin, or ketoprofen, may, at the discretion of the executive director or the judges, be required to stable all horses participating in a race meet on the grounds of the association or place all horses in the detention barn, or both, the day before or the day of the scheduled race, or both. A positive test under this section includes violations in Indiana and other jurisdictions.(b) Special consideration shall be given to positive tests for Class 1, 2, or 3 drugs as listed in the ARCI Uniform Classification Guidelines for Foreign Substances and Recommended Penalties Model Rule Version 18.0.
