Sec. 1.
(a) An association, its officers, directors, officials, and employees shall abide by and enforce the Act, these rules, and the orders of the commission and stewards.(b) An association may request an exemption from a requirement in this article to utilize new technology or innovative construction or design of the race track facilities.
