Section 71 IAC 1.5-1-32 - "Downlink" defined

Sec. 32.

"Downlink" means a receiving antenna coupled with an audio-visual signal receiver compatible with and capable of receiving simultaneous audio-visual signals or data emanating from an organization licensee, and includes the electronic transfer of received signals from the receiving antenna to television monitors within the satellite facility.
