Section 71 IAC 12-1-7 - Initial operations

Sec. 7.

Upon the granting of a license to an applicant, the license holder may not commence the operation of the satellite facility so licensed until such time as live racing commences at the race track of the permit holder or group of permit holders who are granted a license hereunder.
