Section 71 IAC 12-1-21 - Filing of license holder's organizational documents

Sec. 21.

Each license holder is required to keep on file with the commission a current copy of its organizational documents, such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, articles of partnership, certificate of limited partnership, etc. Any amendment to these documents shall be filed with the commission as soon as is practicable by the applicant.
