Sec. 5.
(a) Attorneys or representatives appearing before the review officer, hearing officer, or commission shall not be intentionally untruthful, nor withhold any information that the review officer, hearing officer, or commission is entitled to receive, nor interfere with any lawful effort by the commission to obtain such information.(b) Attorneys or representatives shall exercise due diligence in preparing or assisting in the preparation of documents for submission to the review officer, hearing officer, or commission.(c) An attorney or representative appearing under this rule has a continuing responsibility on behalf of the attorney's or representative's client to monitor the accuracy and completeness of information submitted to the commission in any matters pertaining to the attorney's or representative's appearance on behalf of the client.
