Sec. 18.
(a) IC 4-21.5-3-31, pertaining to rehearing after commission action, is hereby incorporated by reference.(b) An order granting a motion for rehearing vacates the preceding final order. The order granting a motion for rehearing may direct that the hearing be reopened or may incorporate a new final decision.
