Sec. 6.
(a) Each witness at a disciplinary hearing conducted by the judges must be sworn by the presiding judge.(b) The judges shall allow a full presentation of evidence and are not bound by the technical rules of evidence. The judges may admit hearsay evidence under IC 4-21.5-3-26.
