Sec. 10.
(a) A person who has been disciplined by a ruling of the judges may apply to the commission for a stay of the ruling, pending action on an appeal by the commission.(b) An application for a stay must be filed with the commission not later than the deadline for filing an appeal.(c) An application for a stay must be in writing and include the following: (1) The name, address, telephone number, and signature of the person requesting the stay.(2) A statement of the justification for the stay.(3) The period of time for which the stay is requested.(d) On a finding of good cause, the commission may grant the stay. The commission shall notify the person in writing of the commission's decision.
