Section 71 IAC 1-1-24 - "Conditioned race" defined

Sec. 24.

"Conditioned race" means an overnight race to which eligibility is determined according to specified conditions which include the following:

(1) Age.

(2) Sex.

(3) Earnings.

(4) Number of starts.

(5) Position of finishes.
